Aidan and Maddie have been pretty chatty this week: Aidan is saying ma-ma, and Maddie is saying da-da (though never when Dave is around). It's pretty cute. Zoe's starting to talk just a little bit more too; maybe her siblings will help spur her on.
Zoe's two bottom teeth are also starting to come in - both at the same time! She hasn't seemed to mind until last night, she woke up at 2 a.m. and I think the teeth were bothering her. A little Tylenol seemed to help her get back to sleep. No photos yet 0f them, she's keeping those teeth pretty well covered by her tongue so they're hard to see.

Maddie's two top teeth are starting to come in too; her gums are pretty red and swollen but she too has been a trooper. Thank goodness all three babies are handling teething pretty well so far!
Aidan's still not crawling, though he can army-crawl and roll his way around the room pretty well. We can already tell he's going to be the trouble-maker; he "found" the coffee table yesterday and was working pretty hard to try to open the doors on it and check it out. The girls are still doing their best to avoid rolling over. I think they're just not interested! They roll onto their sides and with just an extra little push, they'd be on their way, but they inevitably just roll back over. Our good friend Stacy was so sweet to come all the way down to our house to take the babies' 6 month pictures for us. She did such a great job and took so many photos, now I just have to get organized enough to get some printed and sent out! Hopefully I'll have that done before their next set of photos at 9 months! Here are some of the best (left to right are Zoe, Aidan, Maddie):
