Our 1 week vacation at home has come to end too quickly, as always. Dave’s been home with us for the last week and we were able to take care of a few things around the house and also spend some time with his family since Dave’s dad and his wife were visiting from CA. The babies had their 1 year checkups last Monday, here are their stats and percentile rankings compared to full term babies:
Aidan: 23 lbs, 12 oz (69th %), 30.5 inches long (78th%)
Maddie: 18 lbs, 2 oz (10th %), 28.5 inches long (36th %)
Zoe: 12 lbs, 15.5 oz and 25 inches long. She’s less than the 3rd percentile for both height and weight.
However, all are doing great and are in the process of transitioning to whole milk and sippy cups from formula and bottles! Maddie started climbing stairs on July 5th and on July 1st, Zoe started pulling herself up to stand in her crib!
It was a very busy week, we got a little more painting done in the basement and took Ellie to the Twins vs. Yankees game on Thursday (the Twinkies lost), then Papa Joe and Sharon took us all to Nickelodeon Universe on Friday! Ellie LOVED it and the babies did really well too.
The babies turn 1 on Wednesday, hard to believe they're almost a year old already! It has gone so fast. While it's been a lot of work, we wouldn't change a thing! Love all these kids!
