We're slowly recovering from our vacation; the littles napped every day last week except for yesterday (Sunday). I confess I snuck a nap in once or twice too.
This is Ellie's last week of preschool. We're all pretty excited about summer vacation, though this year will be a little different. I'll be going back to work part-time next week, and I'm not sure yet how the littles will do without me since I've been with them virtually every day since their births. Time will tell! They will probably hardly even notice I'm gone.
I've managed a few photo sessions this spring to help build my portfolio for Shari K Photography but it seems like just as many have been rained out already. Still, the ones we have done so far have been a blast, and I'm loving every minute of it! I'll be continuing to update my portfolio with a few from each of those sessions; if you're interested, feel free to check it out here. And please feel free to provide me any feedback!
The kids and I have been outside every chance we get, though last Monday when the temp topped 67 (yes, 67!) they were out in the backyard only about 20 minutes before they came in saying it was too hot outside. Usually I'm out there with them, but on that afternoon, I was trying to pick up the family room while keeping an eye on them through the patio door. As long as I'm out there with them, though, they'll stay there all day.
