Happy Valentine's Day! In true Karnowski fashion, ours started out with great drama. Miss Ellie didn't like the card I'd bought for her and was in tears when she found a piece of chocolate from her box of candy had cracks in it. And, the red velvet waffles I made for breakfast went over like a lead balloon:
Last night we had quite the production at the kitchen table getting everyone's Valentines ready for today. Thankfully my mom helped the kids start them last Thursday so the majority of them were done, but it was still quite a task. Hopefully the rest of the day will go better and the kids will like their heart-shaped pizzas tonight! Maybe??
