Ok, not the most original of blog titles but I'm not feeling very creative tonight! We've been enjoying our non-winter by getting outside as much as we can lately; on the pics above, the girls last week were doing their best to catch snowflakes on their tongues.
We've been lucky to have gotten the chance to watch our neighbor Nolan the past three Fridays; Zoe's been particularly over the moon to get to spend so much time with her "boyfriend"! He's such a sweetheart and loves being outside as much as our kids do and even let Zoe rub noses with him:
Now for the inside pics! The triplets' preschool had a "Take Your Parent to School" day last week so I got to spend the morning with them in their classroom. It was fun though I did feel spread a little thin trying to give each of them some individual attention!

Back at home, my mom came down to help make curtains for Aidan's bedroom, which we've repainted and are making into a big boy's room! More pics to come later. The kids were fascinated with my mom's sewing machine:
And then, back outside today to play in the water and slush left behind after our disappointing snowstorm this week brought only rain and just a little snow. Ellie's school was even cancelled yesterday due to a power outage - her first "snow" day! Aidan, Maddie and Zoe still made the best of being outside today and loved splashing in the puddles!
