Just a quick post tonight as I was playing with a few photos I took of Aidan today and just had to share them! The kids had just about the best day ever - not only was it a gorgeous day outside- sunny, mid-70s and low humidity, but Aidan, Maddie and Zoe had their first bus ride and their first field trip! Dave and I both went along with them and their preschool classmates to Dodge Nature Center in West St. Paul and learned about life on the farm.We then stopped for lunch on the way home, then let the kids play outside while Dave and I did a little yard work. Then it was time for an early dinner - hotdogs, no less! - and then we were off again to Ellie's spring carnival at her elementary school where all the kids got to play games, pet animals, play bingo, and go down a giant bouncy slide thing. Oh, and then we stopped for sundaes at Mickey D's on the way home. See, wouldn't that be about the best day ever if you were a kid? As for me, I had fun playing with my camera and though I am about to crash too, these two photos of Aidan jumped out at me from today and so I spent a couple minutes playing with them.
